Online notarizations meet all applicable laws pertaining to traditional and electronic notary public statutes as set forth by the State of Missouri. MO House Bill 1655
Online notarization relies on powerful technology to prove the identity of the signers, uses real-time video and audio to communicate between the notary, signer, and any necessary witnesses, and locks documents from being tampered.
Online notarizations are required to be recorded with video and audio.

Call or text me at (816) 210-3104, or complete the Contact Me form.
After we talk, you will receive an email from me with the date and time for the appointment.
You will need to attached a PDF of the document(s) to be notarized in your email reply confirming the appointment.
DO NOT sign the document(s). You will do this electronically.
You will receive an email invite from me inviting you to an online notarization.
At your appointment time, I will call you to go through the process.
A check of your camera, microphone, and Internet connection will be performed when you checkin.
Complete the identify form. You will need to know the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
Then, answer the identity questionnaire based on information pulled from your credit report and public records.
You will capture a photo of your government ID -- driver license, State ID card, or US Passport. -- and upload it during checkin.
